Consistent with California law, The Workers Compensation Indemnity Calculator calculates Permanent Disability, Temporary Disability, Life Pension, Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits, and Death Benefits, for the given date of industrial injury.
Additionally, the CompCalc Basic 2015 calculates TD liability for a given period based on the default max weekly rate for the date of industrial injury or a TD rate manually imputed. The Workers Compensation Indemnity Calculator also provides Life Expectancy based upon current age. Annual updates are provided for an additional minimal fee.
